Do we accept Insurance?

Accepted Payment Methods


We accept a variety of convenient payment options to make your experience seamless. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) Cards

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Cards

  • Cash

  • Checks

  • Digital Wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Insurance & Medicare Policy


We do not accept direct billing from insurance companies or submit claims to Medicare, as this allows us to focus on providing personalized care without administrative constraints. For clients with out-of-network benefits through private insurance, we are happy to provide superbills to support reimbursement.

 

About Superbills


A superbill is a detailed invoice that includes information (e.g., service dates, CPT codes, diagnosis codes, and fees) needed for submitting a reimbursement claim to private insurance companies.

  • We provide superbills upon request at the end of each session or month.

  • Clients are responsible for submitting the superbill directly to their private insurance provider.

  • Superbills are not provided for Medicare, as we do not participate in Medicare billing or claims submission.

  • Reimbursement from private insurance is not guaranteed and depends on your plan’s out-of-network coverage—we recommend calling your insurer (using the number on your card) to verify benefits before starting services.

  • For your protection, we do not fill out any additional forms or documentation required by insurance companies or Medicare beyond the superbill itself.

 

Using HSA/FSA Accounts


We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, allowing you to use your tax-advantaged accounts for payment. Please confirm with your HSA/FSA provider that your plan covers our services, as eligibility varies. We can provide receipts for HSA/FSA transactions upon request to assist with record-keeping.
