Your first appointment with us is designed to be thorough and personalized, lasting approximately 1 hour. Once the assessment is complete, treatment begins right away. Your doctor will tailor the approach based on your body, addressing the root cause of your concerns with targeted, effective interventions. To maintain this independence, we are not in-network with any insurance carriers. This allows us to offer extended time with your doctor, in-depth assessments, and a truly personalized experience—putting you firmly in control of your health.
As an out-of-network provider, we can furnish you with a Superbill upon request. This detailed invoice includes all essential information, such as diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and fees, enabling you to submit it to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We do not fulfill any additional documentation requirements imposed by insurance companies; the Superbill is the only document we provide.
We do not submit claims to Medicare, any supplemental insurance plans, or other insurers, regardless of your age. That said, we proudly offer a discounted rate for all Medicare enrollees. Please note, however, that we are unable to provide a Superbill to anyone covered by Medicare.
We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, allowing you to use your tax-advantaged accounts for payment. Please confirm with your HSA/FSA provider that your plan covers our services, as eligibility varies. We can provide receipts for HSA/FSA transactions upon request to assist with record-keeping.

The initial phase of your care plan typically involves 2-3 appointments per week to stabilize your body's structure, with the exact frequency tailored to the severity of your condition. We recommend at least two visits in the first week, as the first treatment often introduces positive changes that may reveal additional areas of discomfort to address promptly.
Once stability is achieved, we'll gradually space out your sessions to assess how well your body maintains the adjustments. If the results aren't holding as expected, we'll pivot our approach to identify and resolve any underlying destabilizing factors. Keep in mind that chronic issues can require time and patience to fully unwind and stabilize.
We firmly believe that a structurally sound body is the foundation of true health. Even for ongoing maintenance and wellness care, a healthy system should hold adjustments effectively, keeping you pain-free for weeks or even months. We encourage proactive check-ins before minor issues escalate, ensuring you stay ahead of potential setbacks.
