First Visit: What to Expect

While it may feel extensive, this information provides us with a complete picture of your health history, allowing us to deliver more personalized and effective care. - 02Your first appointment with us is designed to be thorough and personalized, lasting approximately 1 hour. Our experienced doctors begin by taking the time to understand you as an individual—reviewing your medical history and asking detailed questions to gain a deeper insight into your overall health and any specific concerns. Once the assessment is complete, treatment begins right away. Your doctor will tailor the approach based on your body, addressing the root cause of your concerns with targeted, effective interventions. We aim to make this initial visit not just informative, but the start of your path to better health. This does not include filling out paperwork. Please do so online through Janeapp before your visit.

As your body responds to treatment, we remain flexible—adjusting and updating the plan at the conclusion of each session to ensure optimal progress. Follow-up appointments are efficiently designed to last 20 minutes, allowing focused, effective treatment. To make the most of your time, please arrive promptly so we can dedicate the full session to your care.
- 04Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that let you move easily. Athletic wear is a good choice. If you have any recent imaging, reports, or notes from another provider, bring those with you as well.
